Return Policy:

• Patients can return unused cannabis accessories within 30 days of purchase.
• Cannabis flower or pre-rolled joints are not returnable
• Infused cannabis products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes edibles, topicals, creams, tinctures, or any other infused cannabis product.

Cash is accepted at Panacea Wellness, and we have an ATM located inside.

Panacea Perks members also have the option to pay via debit or credit card, which includes Mastercard, Visa Card and Apple Card.

Our dispensary is conveniently located in the Quarry Hills section of West Quincy, directly off of I-93 (less than 10 miles south of Boston).

Our Quincy location is currently open for both adult-use (recreational) and medical marijuana sales.

No, you do not. If you are purchasing adult-use, you will only need any state-issued ID showing you are 21 or order. If you are purchasing medical cannabis, you will need your Massachusetts Medical Marijuana Card & your ID.

As a medical patient, it is not permissible to purchase cannabis for another person without the proper documentation. However, if you have registered with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health as their caregiver, then it is within your legal rights to do so. Caregiver Registration and Good Neighboring Agreement forms must be submitted in addition to an Edible disclosure form.

Adult-Use customers can purchase the following:

• 28g of flower
• 500mg of edibles
• 5g of concentrates

Adult-Use customers can purchase products from each category as long as they stay within the limits.

Medical patients can purchase 10oz of product over the course of 60 days. Once the 10oz limit is reached, no additional product can be purchased until the 60 days have elapsed.

You must be 18 years or older—and a resident of Massachusetts—to be eligible for the Massachusetts Medical Use of Marijuana Program (Program). If you are younger than 18 years old, your parent or guardian must approve of your medical cannabis use, and you must have certification by two Certifying Health Care Providers, one of whom must be a pediatrician or pediatric specialist.

To get started, you will need to obtain a medical marijuana certification from a licensed physician in Massachusetts. The physician will need to provide you with a written recommendation that outlines the specific reasons why they believe that medical marijuana would be beneficial for you. Once you have this document, you can register with the Program online or by mail.

Once you are registered, you will be issued a Patient ID number. You will use this number to obtain a medical marijuana card from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. This card will allow you to purchase medical marijuana from any state-licensed dispensary in Massachusetts.
