Return Policy:

• Patients can return unused cannabis accessories within 30 days of purchase.
• Cannabis flower or pre-rolled joints are not returnable
• Infused cannabis products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes edibles, topicals, creams, tinctures, or any other infused cannabis product.

Cash is accepted at Panacea Wellness, and we have an ATM located inside.

Panacea Perks members also have the option to pay via debit or credit card, which includes Mastercard, Visa Card and Apple Card.

Please note we cannot accept the following forms of payment: American Express, CannaPay, Discover Card, Visa Gift Cards.

Please come visit us at 29 Harding Street in Middleborough, MA. We’ll ask you for your state-issued ID showing you are 21 or order.

You must be 18 years or older—and a resident of Massachusetts—to be eligible for the Massachusetts Medical Use of Marijuana Program (Program). If you are younger than 18 years old, your parent or guardian must approve of your medical cannabis use, and you must have certification by two Certifying Health Care Providers, one of whom must be a pediatrician or pediatric specialist.

To get started, you will need to obtain a medical marijuana certification from a licensed physician in Massachusetts. The physician will need to provide you with a written recommendation that outlines the specific reasons why they believe that medical marijuana would be beneficial for you. Once you have this document, you can register with the Program online or by mail.

Once you are registered, you will be issued a Patient ID number. You will use this number to obtain a medical marijuana card from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. This card will allow you to purchase medical marijuana from any state-licensed dispensary in Massachusetts.

No, you do not. If you are purchasing adult-use, you will only need any state-issued ID showing you are 21 or order. If you are purchasing medical cannabis, you will need your Massachusetts Medical Marijuana Card & your ID.

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase adult-use cannabis and 18 years of age to purchase medical marijuana.

Adult-Use customers can purchase the following:

• 28g of flower
• 500mg of edibles
• 5g of concentrates

Adult-Use customers can purchase products from each category as long as they stay within the limits.

Medical patients can purchase 10oz of product over the course of 60 days. Once the 10oz limit is reached, no additional product can be purchased until the 60 days have elapsed.

Adult-Use customers: Cannabis is legal for adult users (21+) in Massachusetts. There are no regulations against purchasing for another adult.

Medical Patients: Medical patients cannot purchase for another patient or adult. Medical patients may only purchase Cannabis for another person if you are a registered caregiver with the Massachusetts department of public health, and the patient that you documented as their caregiver. Necessary forms include Caregiver Registration, Good Neighboring Agreement & an Edible disclosure. For more info, click here.
