A: Panacea is open for adult-use (recreational) and medical sales!

Q: Do I need a medical card to purchase products from the dispensary even though cannabis is legal in Massachusetts?
A: No, you do not. If you are purchasing adult-use, you will only need a state-issued ID showing you are 21 or order. If you are purchasing medical cannabis, you will need your Massachusetts Cannabis card & your ID. If you are interested in becoming a medical Cannabis patient, please refer to our online guide. Q: Do I need to make an appointment?
A: No appointments are necessary at panacea.

Q: What do I need to get into Panacea?
A: All you need is a government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, state id, or military id). If you are purchasing medical cannabis, you will need your Massachusetts medical card.

Q: How do I register to become a patient at Panacea?
A: Please come visit us at 29 Harding Street in Middleborough to become a patient with us!

Q: Do you accept credit/debit cards?
A: Yes, we accept credit/debit cards & cash.

Q: Does Panacea have any discount programs?
A: Yes, we do! New Panacea medical patients receive 20% off their first purchase. We offer discount programs for SSI, SSDI and financial hardship (10%), and a discount for veterans (25% every day and 35% every Wednesday). Discounts can’t be combined with other promotions. Please refer to our discount programs guide if you have any questions about what necessary paperwork to bring at the time of your dispensary visit.

Q: Does insurance cover medical Marijuana purchases?
A: No, unfortunately not. As an alternative, we offer discount programs for our patients. To see if you qualify, please check our discount program guide.

Q: Where are your products grown or made?
A: All products sold at Panacea have been grown or made in Massachusetts. From seed to sale, we’re all local!

Q: How many products can I buy at a time?
A: Every patient has a 60-day allotment of 10 ounces of Cannabis. You can buy as much as your limit allows over that time I period. Once 60 days are over, your allotment restarts at 10 ounces. This allotment includes concentrates and edibles.

Q: What happens if I buy a defective item or I am not happy with my purchase?
A: We’re sorry the product you purchased didn’t meet your expectations! Please give us a call and we can assist you.

Q: Where can I smoke Cannabis?
A: Smoking in public is prohibited by state and local laws, and it is strictly prohibited to consume cannabis while operating a vehicle. Please do not consume Cannabis where smoking is prohibited.

Q: How should I store Edibles I buy from your dispensary?
A: We recommend storing Edible in CI cool, dry place. If you have any questions about storing specific products, please don’t hesitate to call our staff at (508) 738-4833!

Q: I don’t know what product or dosage to buy at your dispensary. Can you help me?
A: Please refer to our patient handbook for information on dosing (online version coming soon). When in doubt, start low & go slow! Panacea also offers one-on-one meetings with patient ambassadors to help find products that work for you.

Q: Can I purchase Cannabis products for a friend or family member?
A: You may only purchase Cannabis for another person if you are a registered caregiver with the Massachusetts department of public health, and the patient hat you documented their caregiver. Necessary forms include caregiver registration, good neighboring agreement & an Edible disclosure. For more info, click here.
